Senior Transition is a member of The National Association of Move Managers, NASMM. Patricia Cusson, RN, Senior Tranision President and Founder, serves on the NASMM Board of Directors.

NASMM is a non-profit, professional association of organizations dedicated to helping the senior and their families with the physical and emotional aspects of moving. We are committed to maximizing the dignity and autonomy of older adults as they transition from one living environment to another.

As a member of NASMM, Senior Transition has a team of dedicated professionals that can be assistance in nationwide relocation moving. We will serve the senior’s needs in Southern New England and have a NASMM team member oversee the transition completion.
